Chef's Selection:Culinary Wine Tour on Cayuga

Experience the full bounty of the Finger Lakes wine region!   On this tour, we will visit four wineries on the west side of Cayuga Lake that feature excellent regional cuisine alongside their award-winning wines.  

The tour will be presented as a progressive four-course tasting lunch that will evolve across the different wineries, featuring appetizers, cheeses,specialty sandwiches, and desserts. Each winery will include a featured food-wine pairing prepared specifically by the chefs for your tour, followed by a carefully-selected flight of additional wines chosen to show off the best that each winery has to offer.

Americana Winery and the Crystal Lake Cafe featuring their wines with mouth-watering desserts.

A note to our guests:  Saturdays on the Cayuga  Wine Trail are the busiest days of the week.  If you are looking for a more intimate experience of the wineries we suggest considering a Sunday or a weekday for your wine trail experience if your schedule allows.
