Culinary Wine Tour on Cayuga
Experience the full bounty of the Finger Lakes wine region! On this tour, we will visit three wineries on the west side of Cayuga Lake that feature excellent regional cuisine alongside their award-winning wines.
The tour will be presented as a progressive three-course tasting
lunch that will evolve across the different wineries, featuring a local cheese course, a sit down main course featuring a chef's plate of multiple 6 tastes to pair with 6 wines, and a decadent dessert course. Each winery will include the featured food-wine pairings prepared specifically by the chefs for your tour, followed by a carefully-selected flight of additional wines chosen to show off the best that each winery has to offer.
Cayuga Ridge Estate Winery and The Copper Oven featuring estate wines paired with wood fired pizzas (Saturdays and Sundays only).Knapp Winery and its Vineyard Restaurant featuring a six-item Chef's tasting plate paired with six wines, and finishing with one of their specialty spirits. A note to our guests: Saturdays on the Cayuga Wine Trail are the busiest days of the week. If you are looking for a more intimate experience of the wineries we suggest considering a Sunday or a weekday for your wine trail experience if your schedule allows.
