Made in Ithaca Luscious Libations Tour
The Made in Ithaca Luscious Libations Tour is the perfect excursion for guests who would like to experience the wonderful wines, beers and spirits of our region in a 3.5 hour tour. On this tour, we feature three stops around Ithaca that are home to producers of sensational spirited libations that are based on the bounty of offerings in the Finger Lakes.
We first stop at Ports of New York, where Frederic Bouche' continues the tradition of wine making that his father started in Normandy, France. Learn how Frederic makes his fabulous elegant white and red ports, share in an intimate tasting paired with selected items, and explore his family's history of wine making in France through his personal museum collection.
Our next stop is Six Mile Creek Winery, Ithaca's own boutique winery. 
We will learn about Finger Lakes winemaking and what makes their vineyard different than the wineries on the lake. We will taste their classic Finger Lakes varietals, and have the opportunity to taste their full line of unique grape-based spirits, distilled in a traditional Italian style right at the winery--truly a special treat.
Our last stop is New York State's 2010 micro-brewery of the year: Ithaca Beer Company . Here, you will have the opportunity to experience the spectrum of high-quality beer making. From their light tasting wheat beer, to traditional Pale Ale and "hoppy" Red Ale, it's micro-brewing at its best.
