Welcome LVI 2012 Attendees, Family and Friends!

Broaden your conference experience with unique tours given by  Experience! The Finger Lakes.  We are offering two tours that give you a "taste of the Finger Lakes" during the heart of the beautiful foliage season.

Waterfalls and Wine: Trek & Taste

Monday, October 8th - 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Here is your chance to experience two of the region's most famous attractions:  our waterfalls and wineries.  First, learn why "Ithaca is Gorges".  Enjoy one of the Finger Lakes most famous falls up-close-and-personal in its full autumn regalia, with a 3/4 mile easy walk to the base of Taughannock Falls.  You will receive  a guided interpretive hike along the gorge trail  learning how the glaciers carved out the gorges hundreds of thousands years ago.

After a boxed lunch in the park, we will transport you to two favorite stops along the Cayuga Wine Sheldrake Point Vineyard Wine TastingTrail.  Our first stop will be Bellwether Hard Cider, the only Cidery on the Cayuga Wine Trail.  You will sample wonderful examples of this classic American beverage:  from sparkling to still, and dry to sweet.  Our second stop will be Sheldrake Point Vineyard, where you will taste an array of classic Finger Lakes wines, including Riesling and traditional Ice Wine.

The tour departs from the Cornell Law School at 10:00 am and returns by 4:00 PM.

Price: $75 per person if reserved prior to September 1, 2012, $85 per person if booked after September 1st.  Boxed lunch included in tour price.  Pre-registration and confirmation is required for this tour.  Space is limited.
